Raquel Leviss’ family is turning to the FBI for protection as they face death threats over her affair with Tom Sandoval.
Leviss’ rep claimed to TMZ that her family has received “violent and graphic” threats both online and over the phone that promise to tear the reality star “limb from limb.”
Another caller allegedly threatened to “Un-alive and dump the body.”
Leviss’ rep didn’t immediately return Page Six’s request for comment.
A spokesperson for the FBI told the outlet that it couldn’t confirm nor deny investigations.
“Obviously, we review all allegations reported to us and encourage anyone who believes their life is in imminent danger to call 911,” the statement read.
The former beauty pageant queen, 28, has been in a long-term facility seeking treatment for her mental health since April after facing a torrent of backlash over her affair with her co-star.
Leviss hasn’t been active on social media since issuing her statements of atonement, but claimed after she entered treatment that her Instagram was hacked.
Her team, in turn, decided to take over the account and use it to highlight mental health causes.
Despite her rep saying Leviss “requested all of the posts focus on raising awareness for mental health organizations, advocates and removing the stigma surrounding treatment,” there has not yet been a single post doing so.

Sandoval, meanwhile, was spotted jetting out of Los Angeles ahead of the “Vanderpump Rules” reunion earlier this week, which featured Scheana Shay claiming that Sandoval told Leviss he was in an “open relationship” with longterm partner Ariana Madix.
The 40-year-old wannabe rocker vehemently denied Shay’s claims and called the accusation “bulls–t.”
“I did not f–king say that,” Sandoval fired back during part one of the reunion, which aired Wednesday.
Sandoval and Leviss’ affair was exposed on March 3 and resulted in Madix dumping Sandoval immediately.
She’s since moved on with new beau Daniel Wai, while a source told Page Six that Sandoval and Leviss went their separate ways.
